The economic crisis of2008from the United States, rapidly sweeping the globe, theeconomic development of the whole world is facing a severe test. China’s economyexperienced a grim in2008,2009, from2010the economic began to recovery,employment situation around showing a flourishing of the state compared with2008,2009. But in some areas, the financial crisis also existence, the problem of economiccouldn’t solve. The slowly recovery of economic in the world also influence theeconomic development and employment of China. In addition, the college expansion,the rapid increase of the number of graduate students making the female graduatestudents—the high-quality huge employment group to experience employmentbottleneck. The views of our universities expanded too fast, too many graduate studentshave been “oversupply”? In fact, the generation of graduate employment is multifaceted,enrollment is only one.This article through the combination of the data collection, questionnaireinvestigation, in-depth interviews and comparative analysis methods; based on thetheory of employ theory, feminist theory of the discrimination; investigation themaster’s degree of men and women in employment preparation, values of employment,employment structure, trying to find the problems and reasons of the female graduatestudents “the defeat” in employment: Female graduate students in school careerplanning fuzzy during professional knowledge, do not pay enough attention to train theability outside of the professional knowledge; lack of confidence, but expect when theconstraints of higher, too many constraints of employment and the employment surfacethrough the narrow. The personnel training of training unit is not combined with themarket needs. The lack of female graduate school training and targeted guidance, careerguidance systems and inadequate attention to programs of graduate students;employer-based economic interests are more willing to hire men, this is femalegraduates, the direct reason for employment. Primary causes are: lack of enoughattention and tolerance which should have paid to women in social, and still lookeddown upon women influenced by traditional thoughts, the existing of legal systemloophole used to avoid responsibility for one unit has become possible is also the femalestudents equal employment system defects, the imperfection of social security system, especially inadequate maternity insurance system is one of the root causes of theemployer “disrelish female love male”. Solve female graduate student obtainemployment problem is a complex systematic project, which in this project of social,government, employers, training institutions and female graduate students must play animportant role, therefore, this article discuss the countermeasures of solve the femalegraduate students’ employment problems form the government, employers, traininginstitutions and individuals and so on.
