In order to reveal the unique value of Children’s Literature in the Chinese teaching of junior high school,this article conducted comparative study on selected texts from Children’s Literature in Chinese textbook of PEP edition and Chinese edition for junior high school.In the introduction part,the study origin was introduced,and the purpose of study was described.In the summary of currently existing studies,the only one academic paper at present of the same kind was introduced,and some studies discussing the relationship between Children’s Literature and Chinese teaching were also introduced.In Chapter One,the concept definition of Children’s Literature was made,and the main form of Children’s Literature and the four motifs of Children’s Literature were introduced.Subsequently,educational values of Children’s Literature were respectively discussed,and theoretical support for the status and meaning of Children’s Literature in Chinese teaching in junior high school was stated.In Chapter Two,after the selected texts from Children’s Literature of two editions were organized,the unique aesthetic educational value of the selected texts from Children’s Literature was explored starting from the perspective of the ratio of all literary forms of the selected texts from Children’s Literature and the children’s perspective.In Chapter Three the moral educational value of the selected texts from Children’s Literature was studied;starting from the study of the comparison between themes of Children’s Literature and the comparison between children’s images and integrating the studies in the previous two sections,in this chapter it discovered that the moral educational value of the selected texts from Children’s Literature mainly promotes the moral development of students through moral educational methods including method of example demonstration and method of emotion cultivation,etc.In the last chapter,four superposed and compiled texts were taken as examples to conduct comparison for their unit setting,teaching objectives setting and after-school exercises design.Then the value extension of the two aspects of writing and inheriting culture was discussed.And then the author organized the situations studied from the full text and proposed some suggestion on the selecting and editing of Children’s Literature. |
