Research On The Chifeng Government's Promotion Of Vocational School-enterprise Cooperation

As a kind of educational activity of applied talents fostering,vocational education plays an important role in promoting the development of social productive forces.Lots of exploration and practice has proved that School-enterprise cooperation not only needs the participation of school and enterprise but also needs strong support from local government.Local government should play the role of coordinator and supervisor and should be the engine and lubricant to promote prosperous development.This thesis will take Chifeng as an example,to study how the local government plays the leading part to promote School-enterprise cooperation in vocational education environment.This thesis mainly adopts documentary research,normative research,and comparative approach,based on the definition of vocational education and School-enterprise cooperation,the theories of government functions,public goods and social governance,analyses the present status of development of vocational School-enterprise cooperation made by local government in Chifeng.Besides,it also mentions the weakness we met such as lack of laws,regulations,regulatory,governmental participation and information.Referring to the experience of foreign and domestic governments',this thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the local government in promoting the School-enterprise cooperation,by directing opinion leading,policy support,operation supervision and encouragement for evaluation.Meanwhile,innovates the School-enterprise cooperation mode by applying such as "intemet+" mode,big data mode and PPP mode.This thesis is to clarify the role of local government in the School-enterprise cooperation,and to provide a reference basis for the construction of the long-term development mechanism between school and enterprise under the guide and support from public administration.
