The new curriculum standards issued in 2011 proposed appreciation courses and creative courses as the main courses of art classes.The purpose of the Art Appreciation Class Art Appreciation Course is to cultivate students’ art literacy and to form an understanding,comprehension,and comprehension of the beauty,which plays an important role in the comprehensive development of students and the improvement of their overall quality.The Art Appreciation Class helps students to appreciate various forms of art and enhance their ability to analyze and understand artworks while experiencing art works.How to arouse the students’ interest and enthusiasm for learning art appreciation classes,how to promote students’ active participation in shaping a good atmosphere of appreciation classes,how to promote the updating of art teachers,and promote the innovation and development of teaching methods.The above issues are the core of this thesis research.problem.Through research and investigation,it is found that the junior high school art appreciation class has a low level of attention,a single tradition of teaching methods,and art teachers are seriously neglecting the use of situational teaching.The author seeks to explore the introduction of situational teaching into the art appreciation class in order to improve the problems in the teaching of art appreciation classes,construct a new model of appreciation lessons to better improve teaching content and teaching objectives,guide students to actively explore artistic works,and promote classroom atmosphere.Comprehensive optimization and improvement of students’ comprehensive quality.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the general overview of the thesis,expounding the process of the research of my research topic,the status quo of foreign research and the status quo of domestic research,the significance of research,and the ideas and methods of research.The second chapter mainly expounds the connection between situational teaching and art appreciation classes.Attempting to introduce situational teaching into junior high school art appreciation classes is of great importance.Situational teaching has three characteristics: the visual image’s image,the emotional stimulating,and the principle’s permeability.The significance of introducing situational teaching into junior high school art appreciation classes is revealed: it isconducive to students’ observation ability,analysis and induction ability,communication and cooperation ability,and aesthetic ability cultivation.The third chapter is based on the author’s field investigation of the situational teaching in the art appreciation classes of two middle schools in Yantai City.The contents of the teaching materials,teaching methods,questionnaires for teachers and students,and the art of cognitive and thinking modes for junior high school art appreciation classes were adopted.Teachers’ interviews conducted an in-depth analysis of these five aspects,summarizing the current situation of application of situational teaching in junior high school art appreciation classes,and understanding the status and problems of situational teaching in junior high school art teachers and students’ art appreciation classes.The fourth chapter is the core chapter of this thesis.I have summarized four kinds of teaching situations that are suitable for junior high school art appreciation classes.They are physical situation,story situation,problem situation and performance situation.Explain the meanings,meanings,teaching principles and application strategies of these four teaching situations.The fifth chapter takes the design and implementation suggestions of the situational teaching in the junior high school art appreciation class.Through the “Unique Chinese Ancient Figure Painting” course design,concretely and objectively demonstrates the practical application cases of the situational teaching in the art appreciation class.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of my research topic.The application of situational teaching in junior high school art appreciation class has its advantages,and it needs to be continuously improved and perfected in the teaching practice.
