Nowadays,Internet and information technology are developing rapidly.At the third session of the 12th National People's Congress in 2015,an action plan called"Internet+"was first proposed.The<National medium and long-term plan for reform and development of education?2010-2020?>suggested that the education information process should be accelerated.,it includes three aspects:the development and application of high-quality education resources,the construction of education information infrastructure,and the construction of the information system of the national educational management.Obviously,the mode of"Internet+education"is the reform trend of the educational information.Today,mobile Internet and smart phones are highly developed and widely available,especially in the context of the rapid development and update of various new social media.The communication links between contemporary college students are more apt to use"Mobile instant messaging?MIM?applications[1]",such as Microblog,We Chat and QQ,to realize high-time and diversified information exchange.The outstanding performance of MIM is can be applied at any time and anywhere,which make it with great potential for creating new learning environments,the Mobile-learning will become a new popular learning way among the"digital generation"of college students.In the last two years,various smart learning apps based on smart phones are developed rapidly,on behalf of the"Rain classroom",which is jointly developed by Tsinghua University and Xuetang Online,including"GoogleClassroom","SuperstarLearning","MosoTeach","Ketangpai",have been studied by colleges and universities.In this paper,it is the practical study of Blended learning and teaching to apply the Rain classroom to the<College Physics>.In this study,the author mainly elaborates three aspects:?1?Through reading a lot of literature about Hybrid learning,using the software such asthe bibliographic information statistical analysis tool SATI and SPSS,summarizing the present situation and development trend of the new Hybrid learning;?2?Constructing a Hybrid teaching process model based on the Rain classroom;?3?Applying the model and studying the effect through the comprehensive analysis of the final comprehensive evaluation,questionnaire survey and interview,the attitude and evaluation of Teachers'and students',and the advantages and disadvantages of such Blended teaching.According to this research,Rain classroom,as a new kind of intelligent teaching tool,is helpful for teaching,and has been widely recognized by teachers and students.However how to make sure the Rain classroom is adequately used in the Blended learning,how to evaluate theteaching influence,is it has the universal applicability or not due to the limitation of time and discipline?It is still need more teaching practices to explore.
