Since the Rain Classroom was born in 2016,it has been rapidly favored by college teachers.Blended Learning under the support of the Rain Classroom has rapidly applied in major universities,but most teachers and researchers have focused on the construction and application of the Blended-Learning model and the support of the Rain Classroom.However,the feeling of the learner has not attracted the attention of the teachers and the researchers.In recent years,personalized learning and student-centered teaching and learning have gradually become dominant in college teaching.Therefore,when the Rain Classroom is rapidly popularized and applied,it is necessary to systematically study the satisfaction of learners.The entry point of this study is the main factors that influence the learners' satisfaction in Blended Learning.Through the analysis of the main factors,it effectively raises the tactics for teachers and learners to use the Rain Classroom in teaching and learning,making the teaching tool Rain Classroom become an important role in the Blended Learning in universities.The greatest advantage is to promote the development of Blended Learning and educational informatization in major universities.In order to study the factors affecting the satisfaction of the learners in Blended Learning supported by the Rain Classroom,the author firstly participated in the Blended-Learning courses supported by the Rain Classroom.After the author fully understanded the Rain Classroom,a large amount of literature was read and summarized.The questionnaire surveys were conducted on learners using the Rain Classroom to conduct interviews with teachers,postgraduates in educational technology and other students to determine the influencing factors affecting learners' satisfaction,combined with the American Customer Satisfaction Index Model ACSI and the characteristics of Rain Classroom to construct a model of Blended-Learning learners' satisfaction under the support of the Rain Classroom,and to determine the measurement index and put forward the research hypothesis.Through the application of Blended Learning cases supported by the Rain Classroom,the questionnaire surveys were conducted on learners who participated in the Blended Learning supported by the Rain Classroom.Survey the learners' basic situation and learners' actual perception of each dimension;Descriptively and statistically analyse the questionnaire,test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and measurement indicators;Based on the structural equation model anddata samples,to identify and estimate the built model,to verify and interpret the research hypotheses,to determine the satisfaction models and analysis of relevant pathways and key measurement indicators.As a result,a teaching strategy that can effectively improve learners' satisfaction is proposed.Through the above data analytic results,reasonable suggestions for improving learners' satisfaction are proposed in terms of teachers' dimensions,learners' dimensions,lessons' dimensions and the teaching tools of Rain Classroom.From the perspective of learners' satisfaction,this study studies the factors that influence the satisfaction of Blended-Learning learners supported by the Rain Classroom,and proposes satisfaction measuring indicators,satisfaction models and teaching strategies.The reference to the implementation of learning has certain theoretical and practical significance.At the same time,research based on practical teaching applications provides reference for similar lessons' teaching design and research methods,as well as the practically guiding significance.
