| Youth sports is the foundation of national sports,an important guarantee for competitive sports,national fitness,and also an important content and key index for building a powerful sports country.Especially since the 19 th Congress,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to promote youth sports work to a new level and become the comprehensive construction well-off society and an organic part of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.Table tennis sport which China has a broad masses foundation for,as known as "national ball".As China traditional strong province on table tennis,hebei province have produced a large number of world champions,such as Baoxiang Qi,Jian Feng Niu,li-Juan Geng,Yang Bai,Jun Gao,etc.for our country has made outstanding contribution to the development of table tennis.Malaysia has a very high enthusiasm for the sport of table tennis.After 2000,it was once again the right to host the world table tennis championships on August 1,2015.I have been engaged in table tennis teaching and training for many years.In the context of promoting the development of table tennis sport,I have had the honor to exchange the table tennis teaching training with the Malaysian state of sammi.This study using the Delphi method,field survey method,comparative analysis,logical analysis,the literature material law,of Hebei province and Negeri sembilan of Malaysia about the table tennis reserve talented person's cultivation of field research work,to a certain extent for the long-term and stable development of table tennis both to lay a solid theoretical basis.The results show that:First,the training number of youth table tennis club in Hebei province is increasing every year,and the training number of sports schools is decreasing year by year.Countries to establish a sports school in order to improve the competitive ability of athletes,greatly reducing the literacy class time,make the retired athletes cannot adapt to the current knowledge economy society,thus to find the ideal end-result,for the future at a loss,will inevitably affect the training enthusiasm,reduce the probability of success.Second,the reserve athletes in Hebei province are generally less scientific during the training process,and a large number of coaches rely on their own intuition and experience for guidance and training.From the point of view of the coach,it is generally of medium level,lack of strong innovation ability and higher education.At ordinary times,there is less training,so I can't keep pace with The Times and update my knowledge.Third,because of the social and sports development system,most of China's professional athletes exercises is to take the title,and Negeri sembilan of Malaysia,most people put health in the first,just add a special skill and training exercise,take place for them is not the most important.Athletes lack a clear intention of winning a higher position and improving their athletic skills.Fourth,there are many table tennis competitions in China,which provide a good environment and atmosphere for the athletes.Only through the competition can we better and more accurately test our technical level and defects.And Negeri sembilan of Malaysia event held each year compared to China,about half,if athletes unable to participate in the game,then the lack of the display technology platform,becoming difficult to find itself is insufficient,cannot accumulate lots of experience,for restraining the development of ever since. |
