Master's studies are a combination of internalization of knowledge and academic training.Because of the differences in knowledge production methods,thinking methods,and value concepts of disciplines,knowledge,methods,and forms of interaction with others are acquired during the learning process.And so on showed a big difference.Therefore,in actual life and learning,students belonging to different "subject tribes" often have a certain degree of isolation and prejudice,and the outside world also lacks an objective grasp of the graduate students of different disciplines.This study intends to take the subject culture as the perspective of analysis,and put the study life of postgraduate students as the research focus.It aims to explore the characteristics of the graduate students' learning modes under the influence of the subject culture,so as to promote the mutual understanding between students of different disciplines and students.Individual reflection provides direction and reference for strengthening self-learning,and provides decision-making basis for teachers and school administrators to carry out corresponding student teaching work and management work.This study first identified the academic culture theory proposed by Gao Shan and You Yupei as the analysis framework of the subject culture characteristics;secondly,it conducted a semi-open interview for graduate students of H University,and used Nvivo11 to perform three-level coding,resulting in learning model theory.The structural model,that is,the learning model is composed of five elements: learning content,interpersonal interaction,learning strategies,learning environment and subject recognition.The five elements jointly support the overall structure of the learning model.Finally,starting from the specific disciplines,the author established and inherited the subject knowledge and belief system,subject knowledge and belief system,the philosophical thinking and language methods,and the research and teaching behavior habits as the analysis dimensions.Through the encoding of the interview data,four were discussed.The discipline culture of typical disciplines discipline culture based on the field of education.In terms of learning styles,the main content of the learning model is student lectures and group cooperation.On the one hand,academic studies on the one hand,students sit on the bench to read and accumulate literature,and on the other hand,they find problems in the field of education.Through research,interviews,etc.to understand;in terms of human interaction,mentors through the regular meetings,led investigations and social software,etc.,to guide students in learning and life,with the door through regular meetings to strengthen the exchange;In terms of knowledge,the education subject mainly conducts research through qualitative research methods and focuses on individual research.In terms of the learning environment,the discipline allows students to penetrate into the first-class classroom by combining field research with the combination of theory and practice;On the other hand,it is mainly through the individual's constant reflection that the problems of research can be discovered.The English discipline forms an individual exploration-based discipline culture based on language acquisition.The learning mode of this subject has a higher curriculum density in terms of learning content.It focuses on interactive classrooms and focuses on the reading and theoretical accumulation of literature.In the aspect of human interaction,the guidance methods of mentors are flexible,but mainly on individual self-learning and active inquiry.There is relatively little interaction between the host,peers,and classmates.In terms of subject cognition,the research of this discipline presents a multivariate orientation,and the researcher has multiple perspectives on the same issue.In terms of the learning environment,the discipline uses its own resource advantages.Such as the "National Training Project" seriesof lectures provide students with the opportunity to learn;in terms of learning strategies,the discipline pays attention to the training of language and the maintenance of language sense;computer science and technology disciplines form a discipline culture that seeks to transcend the pursuit of practice.The learning mode of this discipline focuses on the study of theoretical knowledge and focuses on the study of theoretical knowledge.The intensity of the curriculum is larger than that of other disciplines.Due to the long research period and the effect of timeliness,the topic of the thesis is earlier;in terms of human interaction,the tutors mainly pass through the regular meeting.The form guides students,but based
