In recent years,with the more and more money for vocational education and the support of the policy,our country secondary vocational education developed rapidly.Society also has higher expectations in the quality of secondary vocational school talent training.Quality of secondary vocational school teaching is the important measure of a secondary vocational school education quality,and scientific and reasonable evaluation on the teaching quality of secondary vocational schools has become an important means to improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational schools."Theory-practice integration",as a kind of teaching mode,breakthrough between theory and practice in the past teaching mode,makes both teachers and students teach and learn,while doing,cultivating students' quality and skills framework.It has improved the quality of teaching,and has been more widely used in various vocational schools.Based on the"theory-practice integration" vocational schools teaching mode,this paper studies the teaching quality monitoring system construction and implementation in secondary vocational schools,to improve the quality of classroom teaching in secondary vocational school teachers,and thus improve the quality of secondary vocational school.Advanced,excellent teaching quality assessment and monitoring mechanism has a decisive role in creating a healthy and sustainable development of secondary vocational education.Advanced teaching quality assessment and monitoring mechanism can ensure constantly to improve the level of secondary vocational education teaching and also can realize the modern education management and quality management.An effective and advanced teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system is an inevitable trend in the development of secondary vocational education.Research on the integration of teaching quality evaluation and monitoring mechanism,therefore,is the important link of mechanism perfection and development of vocational education theory.By building a "theory-practice integration" secondary vocational school teaching quality monitoring system,on the one hand can enrich education evaluation theory,to guide the secondary vocational school teachers to improve teaching quality,and promote the transformation of teaching methods and teaching concept,improve the business level of secondary vocational school teachers;On the other hand can promote perfecting the incentive mechanism of the school,arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers' work.It has positive and far-reaching significance in the sustainable development of the school.This article selected the topic from the current needs of the development of secondary vocational school,using literature research,comparative analysis and case study method,and analyzed the domestic secondary vocational schools "theory-practice integration"status quo and problems of teaching quality evaluation,then according to the professional property of secondary vocational school,selected the secondary "theory-practice integration" teaching quality evaluation indicators,to determine the participate in the main body of evaluation,and introduced the ISO9001 quality standard system to set the weight of evaluation index,built a reasonable and scientific secondary "theory-practice integration" teaching quality monitoring system.Finally,the application of the secondary"theory-practice integration" evaluation system of teaching quality monitoring are analyzed.
