Research On The County Compulsory Education Teachers

With the wave of talent flow,teachers flow phenomenon quietly rises,in which,the phenomenon ot teacher one-way flow is increasingly obvious due to various factors such as economic level differences.In the county,it is mainly reflected in the flow of the rural to the county,weak schools to focus schools and so on.And these lead to the lack of compulsory education teachers in rural remote areas and weak schools,not only causing"school choice fever" and other difficult issues,but also having a negative influence on the development of teacher 'professional.To solve the problem of uneven distribution of teachers between schools of urban and the town in the county,so that rural students and the county town students can enjoy the same education,besides,implement the balanced development of education,compulsory teacher flow management mechanism is imminent.After stating the current situation of teachers flow at home and abroad briefly,introducing the status quo of education development and teachers flow in X city,this paper summarized up the problems of the county compulsory education teachers flow.By using depth interviews and the like,from the government and society factors,school factors and teachers personal element these three aspects,this paper analyzes the influence factors of teachers one-way mobility.From the perspective of government functions,ideological propaganda and incentive measures,it discusses the countermeasures to deal with teachers one-way mobility.It is hoped that this paper will make a contribute to the grogress of the theory of teacher mobility in the county and the development of practice.
