Yoga sports globalization is unstoppable,with the rapid development of the exercises of yoga in the field of social sports,some schools put the exercises of yoga were introduced into the sports classroom,make full use of yoga movement project characteristic and the function to improve the students' physical function,quality and psychological state,strength,flexibility and other physical quality of students,cultivate positive,optimistic and healthy mood.Health fitness theory can reflect the function of the body's situation is more comprehensive,effective and health level,has strong operability and timeliness,for provide accurate and scientific guidance for the establishment of exercise prescription.Therefore,it is feasible and operable to introduce healthy body fitness theory into students' physical health monitoring.Therefore,this article to yoga practice effect on middle school students' health fitness as the research object,using the method of documentation,expert interview method,experimental method,quantity statistics and logical analysis method to study,the results of the study think: after 16 weeks of yoga practice,experimental middle school students' cardiopulmonary endurance fitness index significantly increased lung capacity,steps,quiet heart rate index fell slightly.In the experimental group,there was a significant improvement in the level of sit-ups in the muscle strength of middle school students,and there was a small increase in the strength of grip and the index of standing long jump.The effect of yoga is not obvious to enhance the fitness of middle school students.In the experimental group,the precondition of the seat body of middle school students improved significantly.Experimental middle school students body composition of body mass index,body fat rate,a significant reduction in the upper arm of skinfold,abdominal skinfold,some indicators have significant or very significant difference.Therefore,middle school physical education and health course teaching content should be appropriate,targeted to introduce yoga practices,enrich teaching contents and sports and health course form,lay a foundation for improving the middle school students' physical health level.Middle school physical education and health curriculum should intensify their efforts to yoga movement and provide students with perfect yoga sports venue facilities and faculty,through elective courses and other forms to attract more students to participate in the exercises of yoga,cultivate students' interest in yoga.Enhance the promotion of campus yoga,create a good atmosphere of campus yoga culture,and make the yoga movement enter into physical and health classes.
