As an important content of high school Chinese teaching,ancient poetry teaching is of great significance to both the examination and the cultivation of student literacy.And as an important part of the textbook,the after-school exercises are the consolidation and extension of the key points and difficult points of the text,and they are the inspection and promotion of the “three-dimensional” teaching goal of each lesson.This thesis attempts to use the after-school ancient poetry exercises in Taiwan's Kangxuan version of high school textbooks as a reference to improve the current setting of that in high school textbooks published by the People's Education Press and gives teachers advice on how to use it.Through the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry,the teaching goals of upgrading the core literacy of high school students' Chinese and enhancing their independent learning ability can be accomplished better.This thesis is divided into four parts,the main content is as follows.The first part is the Introduction.It defines the theoretical basis of this thesis,summarizes the current research status of the selected topic,the research significance of this thesis and clarifies the methodology used by the thesis.In the second part,through analyzing the questionnaires of some high school students and interviews with some first-line high school teachers,the thesis expounds the current using situation of ancient poetry after-school exercises in the compulsory education textbooks and summarizes the deficiency of it.Two strategies are proposed below.The third part of explains using strategy of after-school exercises on ancient poetry and it is the focus of the thesis.There are two aspects as follows: 1.From the perspective of Chinese core literacy,Chinese teachers should have the ability to improve their after-school exercises.2.Chinese teachers should have the ability to improve their after-school exercises teaching ability.In the fourth part,taking Southeast the Peacock Flies as an example,from the perspective of Chinese core literacy,the thesis designs the after-school exercises and propose teaching strategies.
