After the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Workload and Off-campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education",the education and training of off-campus primary and secondary schools has been gradually stopped,and more primary and secondary education and training institutions have poured into adult education.,skills training and other fields,making the market competition in the education and training industry more and more fierce.If education and training enterprises want to improve their market competitiveness,brand influence,and make the training market bigger and stronger,they must pay attention to the performance management of grass-roots employees and the incentive mechanism of grass-roots employees.This paper uses questionnaires,theoretical research,employee interviews and many other methods to carry out a detailed and in-depth analysis of the performance management of grass-roots employees currently used by Z Education Company,and understand that the main existing problems are the unreasonable performance index system,management performance links There is no effective communication,a single performance appraisal model,and insufficient positive effects of performance appraisal results.On this basis,it puts forward a number of performance management optimization strategies that can enhance the performance management effect of the grass-roots workforce and optimize the performance management process of the grass-roots workforce,build scientific performance assessment indicators,and pay attention to the multi-dimensional application of the assessment results.The application of performance management optimization of grassroots employees in Z education company is efficient.This paper takes the performance management of the grassroots employees of Z education company as an example to study,which can be used as one of the supplements to the performance management research in the education and training industry.The performance management optimization conclusions and research methods of the grass-roots employees of Z Education Company further provide relevant theoretical references for other experts and scholars to study the education and training industry.At the same time,the performance management optimization scheme analyzed in this paper can provide a reference for the performance appraisal of other companies of the same type or industry,and has a strong practical use value.
