Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the group discussion-based teaching method is the embodiment of the new curriculum reform and the important approach to cultivate students' open thinking.The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of group discussion teaching method in mathematics teaching in high school and to give solutions to the problems in the application of group discussion teaching method in high school mathematics teaching.In order to achieve research objectives,the following three issues need to be studied:(1)Conceptual definition of group discussion teaching methods and group discussion teaching methods(2)Theoretical basis of group discussion teaching methods(3)Group discussion teaching method The application principles,strategies and steps in mathematics teaching in high schools.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,research questions,research significance,research status,and research ideas and research methods of the group discussion teaching method;the second and third chapters define the teaching mode and group discussion teaching method of the group discussion.The concept of the writer elaborates the theoretical basis of the group discussion pedagogy,expounds the application principles,tactics and steps of the group discussion pedagogy in the high school mathematics teaching;the fourth chapter adopts two cases--calculation and inclusion of the general equation The solution of the parameter one-time quadratic inequality is used to explain how to use the group discussion teaching method in the high school mathematics teaching;the fifth and the sixth chapter analyze the application of the group discussion teaching method in the high school mathematics and reflect and summarize this research.Through the research of this thesis,we hope that more and more scholars will focus on the application and practice of group discussion-based teaching method in high school to cultivate students' innovative thinking and promote students' all-round development.
