Nowadays,the competition among the countries in the world is basically the competition of talents.The training of talents must rely on education and education to optimize the overall quality of talents.The key is the reform of education and teaching methods.Our country has been a traditional education and teaching mode for a long time.The middle school politics discipline focuses on the cultivation of students' ideology and morality and behavior consciousness.Cai Linsen is committed to the reform of teaching methods.The teaching method of "teaching after learning first,training in the hall" is an innovative deduction to the traditional teaching form,which is in line with the concept of the new curriculum reform.Through literature research,lesson teaching,classroom observation and questionnaire and other research methods,the application of this teaching method in the political teaching of middle school has been thoroughly studied.First of all,the basic outline of the teaching method of "teaching after learning first,training in the hall" is carried out,and the connotation,category and theoretical source of the teaching method are clarified in this part,and the extensive applicability and scientificity of the teaching method are analyzed.Secondly,the development course of the teaching method from formation to perfection is combed,and the important practical value of the teaching method in middle school political teaching is clarified,for example,it effectively promotes and implements the implementation of the classroom quality education,embodies the basic idea of the new curriculum reform and pays attention to the integration between the subjects,and can improve the teaching quality in a wide range.Quantity and classroom efficiency,improve students' self-learning ability and stimulate students' interest in learning.The students' efficient learning in the classroom has fundamentally relieved their heavy class pressure.Third,it focuses on the routine operation and deduction of this teaching method,as well as its implementation in different classes of middle school politics teaching.Fourth,the research sample is Cai Linsen's current private school in Qinyang,Jiaozuo,Henan.According to students' learning situation,Yong Wei school is constantly innovating and keeping pace with the times.It has launched the teaching method of Cai Linsen's "learn first and teach after class".On the basis of field investigation,the author combines the political discipline of middle school and designs two practical teaching cases according to the core operation steps of the teaching method-the second politics "the peer with frustration" and the political "feeling culture influence".Fifth,collate the results of the investigation.According to the investigation of the practical application of the teaching method in the middle school,the students and teachers are regarded as subject,and the overall evaluation of the teaching method is high,but the teaching method also has some limitations.Through the analysis of the present situation of the application of "teaching after learning first,teaching in the hall" in the political teaching of middle school,rethinking its existing problems and causes,and finally putting forward some suggestions for improvement and improvement: the importance of teachers to apply the teaching method flexibly and fully use the art of teaching to arouse the learners' desire for knowledge and enthusiasm,and to cultivate the students intentionally."Problem consciousness",pay attention to the cultivation of students' views.On the basis of this,the teaching method is optimized and improved,and the development guarantee of the further scientific popularization is summarized and the political teachers in the middle school can be used in the classroom teaching in high school.
