Since the fall of 2019,including the economic and social high school ideological and political new textbook gradually release to use in all parts of Shandong,the new textbooks pay more attention to how to correctly use of concepts and accurately express their ideas,also pay more attention to the students in teaching materials in the design of core literacy cultivation,presented a lot of cases and scene design.The case teaching method is a teaching method in which teachers use a given situation to ask questions,guide students to reflect,encourage them to pass on their thoughts,participate in various discussion activities,analyze and solve problems.The purpose of this paper is to study how to better apply the case teaching method in the high school "economy and society" class based on the characteristics of the new textbooks.This paper consists of four parts: The first part is the preface,which mainly discusses the purpose of selecting Economy and Society as the carrier to analyze the case teaching method and the significance of using the case teaching method,understand the research status at home and abroad and determine the research method and innovation of this topic.The second part is an overview of the case teaching method.First,the relevant concepts of the case teaching method are described,including the explanation of the case,the definition of the case teaching method and the definition of the high school ideological and political case teaching method.The second is to discuss the three theoretical bases of using case teaching method: Rogers humanism learning theory,Piaget's constructivism learning theory and Bruner's discovery learning theory;The third is to study the practical basis of using case teaching method in high school "economy and society" class and the significance of the implementation of case teaching method.The third part discusses the implementation status of the case teaching method in the high school "Economy and Society" classroom and puts forward the problems that exist in the actual teaching process.The main problems are the lack of pertinence of cases,the insufficient ability of teachers to control the classroom,the low participation of students in the classroom and the differentiation of students are ignored by teachers.The fourth part is to find solutions to the problems existing in the application of case teaching method,and put forward four strategies: selecting appropriate cases,optimizing case resources,improving teaching ability and strengthening teaching level,encouraging students to participate,cultivating students' interests,respecting students' differences and focusing on personalized training.
