The National Sports Traditional School School Basketball Teacher Training has been making outstanding contributions to improving the teachers' level of traditional basketball school projects in China since it started in 2008.In order to ensure the quality of training,the traditional school teacher training center set up a supervision team in2014 to supervise and evaluate the training.Assessment is an important means to test the effectiveness of training and is of great significance to the development of training.However,there are certain flaws in the evaluation of the traditional basketball school teacher training quality in the country.Taking the evaluation system of basketball professional teacher training quality in the national sports traditional school as the research object,and uses literature research method,field investigation method,interview method,questionnaire method,Delphi method,AHP method and other research methods.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The assessment of the quality of basketball teacher training in schools of traditional sports in the country has not been given sufficient attention and has not maximized the role of assessment.In place of a professional evaluation work system,the form of expert supervision and evaluation does not provide a comprehensive and objective assessment of training quality.2.The quality evaluation system for basketball teacher training in the national sports traditional project school consists of the index system and its weight,assessment work methods and scoring rules.This study uses Delphi's assessment index system to include 4 first-level indicators such as training resources,16 second-level indicators such as training environment,and 52 third-level indicators such as teaching facilities.And use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the indicators at all levels and calculate the comprehensive weight coefficient.Formulated the assessment method and the rating rules for each of the three indicators.3.Using the evaluation system constructed in this study,combined with the questionnaire results of participants and on-site inspections,the national concentration training of basketball teachers in thenational sports traditional project schools in 2017 was evaluated.The final training score was: 77.6088 points.The actual score of each index can reflect the advantages and weak aspects of training,and has full practical significance.
