| Young teachers are pioneer practitioners in basic education curriculum reform,,they are the key to the continent development of the school.School-based training has a pragmatic characteristics of “based on schools,in schools,and for schools”,has a significant role in promoting the professional growth of young teachers,so it has been highly recognized by many domestic and foreign scholars,school administrators and front-line teachers.However,in practice,the problem of school-based training for young teachers of all types of schools at all levels of elementary education is endless.And nine-year school-based training for young school teachers has also been rarely mentioned.It is a case study.Questionnaires,interviews,and on-site observations were conducted to investigate the implementation of school-based training for young teachers in a nine-year school,M School.The purpose is to find problems,find out the reasons,and put forward some corresponding strategies to solve the problems.This case study shows,there are some problems that need to be solved in school-based training for young teachers in M school: youth teachers’ self-efficacy is not high;among school-based training,disciplines and academic sessions are developed unbalanced;youth teachers’ sustainability is weak.The cause of these problems can be attributed to: school-based training has ineffective guidance;M school utilitarian tendency is serious;M school school-based training evaluation system is not perfect.The author proposes corresponding suggestions for improving the school-based training of young teachers in M school based on the above analysis of influencing factors: taking young teachers’ self-development as the driving force,including the establishment of "lifelong learning" awareness,establish a "peer mutual assistance" awareness,establish "self-reflection";build a school-based training system for young teachers,including the establishment of a "people-oriented" management philosophy,establishing the goals and difficulties for young teachers in school-based training,and rationally developing young schoolteachers’ school-based training content.The article aims to provide reference and reference for school-based training for young teachers in other nine-year schools.,and provide theoretical and practical basis for the professional development of young teachers,and provide ideas for school administrator in young teachers cultivation issues. |
