Young teachers are the backbone of education reform and development,the executor of the education practice and the main force of sustainable development.It's of great significance for junior school to pay teachers special attention to the professional development of young teachers and explore the young teachers'professional development rule.School-based training which based on the needs of the schools and teachers aims at solving the practical problems,improving teachers,teaching ability in an all-round way.It can also promote teachers' professional development.There is a strong practicability for the school-based training which has already got the recognition of many scholars at home.and abroad.With many researchers,it's more mature on theory in the school-based training.But it still has some problems,it has little research on the young teachers' school-based training.Based on these facts,the author collected lots of theoretical knowledge and combined with their growth and development regularity To analyze the concept and implementation of young teachers' school-based training.The author made the school-based training of young teachers in the questionnaire and interview outline and carry out the practical investigation and research in young teachers' school-based training.Then discuss a further step about existing problems.At last,try to offer some perfect suggestionsIn this study,the author regarded S Middle School in Hunchun nearly 50 young teachers as the objects by using of questionnaire,interview method,and field observation.The raining status and training effectiveness in Hunchun S School induction of the young teachers and depth of the existing problem.According to the survey results and in-depth interviews,we put forward some suggestions to help the young teachers be better And further enrich the study of school-based induction of beginning teachers,provide some useful reference for the young teachers to carry out school-based work.The following are the results:First,the existing content of the school-based training of young teachers not based on actual problems and the needs of the young teachers.which is weak in pertinence and practicability.The young teacher can't get the method and ability of solving the education teaching of practical problems by school-based training.Second,the training form is traditional and lack of innovation,which limited the innovation ability and divergent of young teachers.It's not high enthusiasm of young teachers to take part in the activities which has bad influence on training effect,because of no making full use of resources of colleges and universities.Third,the lack of evaluation system of school-based training makes the following results:pay more attention to the results evaluation and the evaluation of the young teachers but pay less attention to the process evaluation and the training of the teachers.Fourth,studies under the pressure and the impact of the various activities,school leaders pay not enough attention to young teacher's school-based training.So the result is not wonderful.Fifth,the young teachers are too stressed out.They are the lack of school-based training time and reflect on finishing which makes the school-based training become a mere formality.For these real problems,the following are the suggestions:First,to set up in accordance with the growth characteristics and differentiation of the young teachers training content.Second,to provide diversity training forms to broaden the channels of training resources.Third,to clear the main responsibility for training.Fourth,to set up and improve the system of school-based training.Fifth,the principal is the only legal representative of the school and the important responsibility of the school-based training.To give full play to the leadership of layered responsibility system,completes the school-based training of security work.Sixth,the school should provide some protections for young teachers because they are under too much pressure.
