In this study, the effects of physical exercise on fatty liver and related risk factors in the elderly were explored.Firstly, the basic situation and physical exercise of the elderly were investigated, and the fatty liver and blood lipid of the elderly were tested. The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between physical exercise and fatty liver in the elderly and its related risk factors, and to explore whether regular physical exercise could improve fatty liver and related risk factors. The use of data to illustrate the positive role of physical exercise on the health of the elderly, for the elderly to improve the health level of reference and basis. At this stage,it is not aimed at old age.The relationship and influence of physical exercise on fatty liver and related risk factors were studied.By means of questionnaire survey, blood biochemical index detection, ultrasonic examination and mathematical statistical analysis, the following results were obtained:1 The age structure, gender structure, educational level structure, diet habits, family history, surgical history, and history of major diseases remained the same in the three groups, and there were significant differences among the three groups in terms of their participation in physical exercise. The frequency of motion is different.2 Long-term physical exercise helps to reduce the prevalence of fatty liver disease.Participation in exercise also has a certain impact on the prevalence of fatty liver, fast walking exercise to reduce the prevalence of fatty liver in the elderly,Taijiquan and other martial arts routine exercise on the elderly fatty liver effect is not very obvious.3 Long-term physical exercise can significantly reduce the body mass index(BMI),chest circumference and hip circumference of the elderly.4 Long-term physical exercise can improve the four indexes of triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein and alanine aminotransferase, but there is no significant difference in blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure and so on.5 Long-term exercise can improve fatty liver conditions in older people and reduce the risk of other risk factors. Conclusion: physical exercise can improve fatty liver and related risk factors in the elderly.
