Research On Autism Children Helping Project

Autism is a pervasive developmental disorder that cannot be completely cured.Children and families with autism face great challenges.How to carry out early screening and rehabilitation training for autistic children,and how to carry out normal education,has gradually become a social problem.As a social force helping autistic children,how to use scientific methods to cooperate with the government to do a good job in this work is a topic to be exploredUnder the guidance of social support theory,this study took "Ocean Paradise Project",a project for autistic children supported by One Foundation in Shenzhen,as the research object.Through participant observation,interview and other research methods,the management mode and main content of the project of "Ocean Paradise Project" were studied.First,the "sea heaven plan" project management method,found that "sea heaven plan" project to establish regional hub structures,the public network,the project as a whole through regional hub institutions to coordinate,build in different parts of the private network service platform,and through the application and selection mechanism development project members of the organization.Secondly,the research on the implementation of "Ocean Paradise Project" shows that the implementation of "Ocean Paradise Project" includes four parts: caring for children with mental disabilities,caring for parents and patients,public and policy advocacy,and promoting the improvement of partners’ ability and industry development.To build a complete social support network for autistic children and their families.Thirdly,the management mode of the research project and the project content support each other and influence each other.The study concluded that the care programs for autistic children should pay attention to the coordination of management mode and service content.The project management mode should provide convenience for the implementation of service content,and the implementation of service content should provide sustainable basis for the management mode of the project,and promote the development and continuation of project management.Projects should also focus on the diversity of social support,not only material support,but also spiritual support.In addition,social work organizations play a very important role in the implementation process of the project.As the party in direct contact with autistic children and their families,the member organizations can better understand the real and urgent needs of autistic children and their families.The final implementation and implementation of the project also requires the social work staff of the member institutions.
