Comprehensive promotion of quality education is a deep revolution of education cause in our country,and is a systemic project which matters the whole,has far-reaching influences,and involves in all aspects of the society.The junior middle school stage is key for student during their growth period.Developing the students' ability of self-management is of great importance to develop them into independent,creative talents.With the deepening of quality education and basic education reform,the class autonomous management becomes one of the important contents of junior middle school education teaching reform.However,there are still lots of problems of class autonomous management in junior middle schools,which hinders the cultivation of students' autonomous ability.This paper adopts several research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,and individual interviews.Through investigation and interviews of teachers,students and students' parents of some middle schools in Jilin province,some problems are found including the students of class autonomous management satisfaction is low;Low degree of class autonomous management;unclear orientation of roles in the process of managing;students' lack of independent consciousness with single way to participate in classroom management and low participation;class cadre management role not fully played,and inadequate guidance and training from the teacher in charge of the classes.The main reasons are that schools do not pay enough attention to quality school education;the head teachers do not fully comprehend autonomous management;students' consciousness to participate to management is not very strong;parents attach more importance to teaching than to educating.It is found from the research that the current situation of class autonomous management can be improved from the following aspects: first,to improve the management awareness of quality education and all-round development by various ways;second,to place importance on the personal comprehensive quality when schools selecting head teachers,and to provide corresponding opportunities like training and exchanging,and to enhance the head teachers' consciousness of autonomous management and ability of class management;third,to encourage students to participate democratic management by different means,to arouse theenthusiasm of participation in management and improve the management ability of cadre;fourth,to increase parents' awareness of autonomous management from different angles,to guide the parents to pay more attention to training students' independent management ability in the aspects of life and study,to invite parents to participate in class management,and to play the role of the home school management platform effectively.
