Our country is known as “the state of courtesy”.Chinese Confucian traditional culture pays great attention to etiquette education.“Etiquette” is one of the cores of Chinese traditional culture,and it is also the precious spiritual and cultural heritage of the Chinese nation.However,due to various reasons,"etiquette education" has not been very good inherited and developed since the modern times in China,leading to a variety of uncivilized behaviors becoming commonplace in social life.And the lack of etiquette and moral landslide has become widely worried and criticized social problems.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Party Central Committee with the core of Comrade Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and put forward the socialist core values of 24 words.The advocated values of "civilization,harmony and friendliness" all contain the spiritual core of “etiquette”.Primary school students are the hope and future of the motherland,therefore,the etiquette education to lay "life background" to cultivate high-quality citizens for the future development of the country can be said of extraordinary significance and great responsibility.Under the guidance of the consistency and coherence of the formation law and influence of moral education,this study takes Baocai Boarding Primary School in Yuelu District of Changsha City as an example to comprehensively understands the current situation of etiquette education of primary school students through the investigation method.This study also attepmts to kown about parents' attitude and views on the work of etiquette education,find the problems of courtesy behavior of primary school students,analyze the causes of the problems,and then put forward the implementation strategy of school etiquette education on the basis of the successful experience of foreign etiquette education.Through the collection of literature and the summary of the practice of etiqutte education,the "etiquette education" practice in our country at present can be summarized as the following three models: one is the after-school activity mode,the second is the course teaching mode,and the third is the professional training mode.Although these three models in the etiquette education practice made some achievements,the overall effect is not satisfactory,the phenomenon of uncivilized behaviors of primary school students still occurs.In view of this phenomenon,wecarried out a questionnaire survey and interview survey between teachers and parents,which is entitled "The Current Situation and Problems of the Civilized Manners of Students in Bocai School".Students in the fourth,fifth and sixth grade are mainly selected as the survey respondents.Some teachers working in the first line of primary education and a few parents representatives are mostly choosen as the interviewees.From the survey feedback information,the main factors leading to poor educational results are the following three aspects: Firstly,the way of school etiquette education is single and lack of overall design;Secondly,the students etiquette behaviors are easier said than done,whose knowledge and practice are separated;Thirdly,School etiquette education line is,did not form a concerted effort.This study analyzes the reasons of the formation of the above problems,and attributes the problems as the following reasons: weak understanding of the meaning of etiquette education,lack of attention,lack of discussion on the law of etiquette education,ineffective guidance,insufficient support and cooperation of parents,and the internal fraction of etiquette education.Therefore,proceeding from the formation law of adolescents' ideology and morality,combining with the formation characteristics of students' courtesy habits,this thesis puts forward the construction of "Trinity"(school,family and social)etiquette education ideas and specifically comes up with the specific strategies of the implementation of etiquette education as follows: Firstly,to strengthen the scientific research of etiquette education and reasonably design the courses;Secondly,to create a culture of etiquette education to conduce to students' fomation of civilized habits;Thirdly,to introduce the evaluation system of etiquette education and encourage students to form civilized behaviors;Fourthly,to strengthen the guidance of etiquette education of parents and school to form joint force.At the end of the paper,the achievements of etiquette education for the past several years are summarized,the problems and shortcomings of this study are reflected,and then the direction and ideas of further research are tentatively are put forward.
