The Chinese nation is known as "the state of etiquette",and etiquette culture plays an important role in Chinese culture.Good etiquette quality is not only the reflection of students' personal self-cultivation and temperament,but also the display of the image of the whole society and national civilization.Strengthening etiquette education still has time value that cannot be ignored.In order to better adapt to the new challenges and high requirements of today's society,moral and rule of law courses in junior middle school under the guidance of the socialist core value system,continuously guide and promote the cultivation of students' values and moral character.Its curriculum standards state that students should develop "filial piety,respect for others,honesty and trustworthiness,helpfulness and responsibility","gradually master communication and communication skills,and learn ways to participate in public life".It can be seen that moral and rule of law courses play an important role in the implementation of etiquette education.This paper investigates the status quo of etiquette education in moral and rule of law courses in junior middle school,analyzes the problems and causes in the implementation of etiquette education,and further explores the improvement countermeasures of etiquette education in moral and rule of law courses in junior middle school.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part,an overview of etiquette education.By consulting the relevant literature,the concept of etiquette,etiquette education,etiquette education in moral and rule of law courses in junior middle school is defined,and the beneficial experience is drawn from Chinese traditional etiquette education and foreign etiquette education.Then it points out the significance of etiquette education in morality and rule of law in junior high school,and analyzes it from four angles: individual,communication,culture and society.The second part,the current situation investigation and reason analysis of etiquette education in moral and rule of law courses in junior middle school.Through questionnaires and interviews,on the basis of the analysis of the results of the survey,this paper summarizes the following problems in etiquette education of moral and rule of law courses in junior middle school: the etiquette quality of students needs to be improved,the content of etiquette educationin teaching materials is scattered and vague,the teaching methods and activities are single,and the effectiveness of etiquette education is not strong.And from the teacher's attention to etiquette education is not enough,teachers' ability to carry out etiquette education is insufficient,students lack the interest and motivation of etiquette learning,school,family and society do not form a joint force to analyze the reasons.The third part,the countermeasures of etiquette education in moral and rule of law courses in junior middle school.It mainly includes: first,improving the quality of teachers' etiquette,including teachers' importance of conducting etiquette education,own etiquette knowledge and internal and external cultivation;second,optimizing etiquette education in moral and rule of law courses in junior middle school,which involves four aspects: teaching objectives,teaching materials,teaching methods and evaluation mechanism;third,guiding students to strengthen self-education and enhance self-awareness of etiquette learning to provide space and environment for students to practice etiquette;fourth,constructing a cooperative etiquette education system of school,family and society to realize the trinity of school,family and society.The fourth part,the teaching design of etiquette education in moral and rule of law courses in junior middle school.This paper takes the People's Education Publishing House of "moral and rule of law courses",the first volume of grade 8,unit 2,lesson 4,box 2,"Treat people with courtesy" as an example to design the teaching,and explores how to implement etiquette education in the practical teaching of moral and rule of law courses in junior middle school.This paper puts forward some countermeasures to the problems existing in etiquette education of moral and rule of law courses in junior middle school,hoping to provide reference for the development of etiquette education.
