Left behind high school students refer to a group of teenagers whose parents are out of work and are left at home or at a relative's home and separated and lived with their parents for a long time.This paper adopts the method of investigation and research,selects 90 left behind high school students in Qiyang No.2 Middle School as the research object,carries on the thorough research to the 90 left behind high school students' eccentric personality performance,influence,reason and so on.The results of the study showed that 90 of the left behind high school students have a certain degree of the eccentric character,the specific performance of the negative attitude,behavior,emotion,such as lack of solitude.At the same time,also found that learning in physical health,achievement,family relations,their relationships with others in four aspects such as eccentric character of the left behind high school students have some problems,such as the health situation has certain effects on left behind high school students form a solitary,eccentric character will affect the left behind high school students learning achievement,lack of parental responsibility it will make the high school students left behind the formation of eccentric character etc..The left behind high school students appear eccentric character,mainly because of family factors,school factors,social factors and so on three aspects,among them,the family factor is the main family members on the left behind high school students ignore,parents do not pay attention to children's emotional communication,and parents over reliance on school education;school factors are the school of insufficient,the left behind high school students concern the school also resulted in the shortage of funds left behind indirect factors and eccentric personality of high school students;social factors are mainly the adverse effects of social environment,the monitoring system is not perfect.For high school students left behind eccentric character performance,influence and causes,this paper puts forward to the left behind high school students and eccentric personality education measures,in particular: in the family,the main is to give full play to the function of family education,including improving family education,give full play to the educational function,parents and guardians to strengthen the construction of spiritual communication,the harmonious atmosphere of life,pay attention to the emotional education,improve the level of tutor three;in the school,mainly to play the educational functions of schools,including the teachers should pay more attention to the left behind high school students,mental health education and emotional activities,the use of educational resources;in terms of society,is the integration of social forces,the construction of left behind the monitoring system of education and high school students,including the introduction of social forces,perfect monitoring system,establish effective supervision system.
