At present,the development of vocational education has entered a new golden period,focusing on quality improvement and connotative development has become a new focus.In the process of establishing a strong human resource country China needs not only a large number of scientists,engineers and managerial personnel,but also tens of millions of highly skilled personnel and hundreds of millions of high-quality workers.It is "necessary for the state" to vigorously develop vocational education.As a member of Vocational education,secondary vocational education has been paid more and more attention by the state and society.In secondary vocational schools,classes are the basic constituent units of secondary vocational schools.The management level of classes directly reflects the overall management effect of secondary vocational schools.This study takes B Vocational Education Center as an example,Based on the analysis of the current situation of class management in secondary vocational schools,this study clarifies the practical problems,deeply analyzes the causes of class management problems in secondary vocational schools,and constructs a "four in one" class management model to solve the existing problems.In this study,a total of 90 secondary vocational students were randomly selected from four classes in the equipment manufacturing department of B vocational education center.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that the main problems in class management of secondary vocational school students are as follows secondary vocational students have poor self-control ability,low psychological quality,and weak consciousness of independent participation in class management;The subject of participating in class management is single,the concept of people-oriented class management concept is absent,the class management mode lags behind;The delicacy management for the purpose of service is not good,The scientific class management evaluation system is lacing,and incentive mechanism is not sound.According to the above problems,on the basis of theoretical research,a class management model of "four in one" is constructed.Duing the construction,we should follow the following principles: target principle,subjectivity principle,synergy principle and ecology principle.There are the following components: institutional constraints,cultural edification,quantitative management,emotional education.By adopting the "four-in-one" class management mode in B vocational education center,remarkable results have been achieved.The class atmosphere and class discipline have improved obviously,The students' performance has improved steadily,The students' team spirit enhanced,the students' self-control ability has improved and The teachers' participation consciousness has increased.It can be seen that the "four in one" class management mode has made great achievements in the current management situation of secondary vocational schools,and solved the existing problems in the class management of secondary vocational schools.It is helpful to enrich and develop the theory and model of quality assurance in secondary vocational education,It contributes to promoting the theoretical research of class management innovation and improving the exploration of class management level.
