The existing evaluation methods of education informationalization at home and abroad cannot reflect the characteristics of the region,nationality,etc.of Hohhot City.Hohhot City,as a provincial capital with distinctive national characteristics in the north of China,has a certain gap between the development level of education informationalization and developed cities,and there is also a serious uneven development of education informationalization in primary and secondary schools.It is necessary to formulate education informationalization evaluation indicators that conform to the geographical features of Hohhot according to the status quo of the development level of education informationalization of primary and secondary schools in Hohhot,so as to provide a program that can objectively evaluate the education informationalization level of all primary and secondary schools in Hohhot.This article analyzes the existing evaluation indicators by home and abroad literatures.According to the commonness of the indicat ors.In accordance with the education informationalization developm ent level framework proposed in the “National Medium-and Long-t erm Education Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020)” and the survey of the primary and secondary education informationa lization of Hohhot,the status quo adjusts evaluation indicators and establishes a set of evaluation indicators suitable for the education i nformationalization of primary and secondary schools in Hohhot.Ex pert evaluation methods are used to compare the magnitude of the i mpact of education informationalization evaluations on a two-by-two basis,and then use the analytic hierarchy process to determine eac h level indicator weights.Based on the evaluation model of primar y and secondary education informationalization in Hohhot,a multi-l evel fuzzy evaluation method was used to empirically analyze the level of education informationalization in the two middle schools in Hohhot.This paper has formulated an evaluation index system suitable for the education informationalization of primary and secondary sch ools in Hohhot.At the same time,it has evaluated the level of edu cational informationalization using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation methods,and promoted the regional and scientific evaluation of education informationalization in Inner Mongolia mino rity areas.Provide theoretical and practical reference for the study of related issues.
