"The major strategic initiatives of precise poverty as the party and the state in 2020 the full realization of a well-off work,has entered the sprint out of poverty,to create a new way of poverty alleviation and development,not just shouting slogans,all work should be implemented on the poverty of the masses to solve practical problems.The current school sports in rural China has been in a weak link in education,the low level of rural school sports standard and sports teachers,lack of facilities,the school sports teaching does not pay attention to,random,the " poverty " phenomenon is hindering the rural school sports,is not conducive to the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education.This paper takes Rizhao City province for poor rural schools as the investigation object,the primary and secondary school sports as a starting point,from the perspective of school sports in rural poverty,to implement the precise poverty as the main research content,using the method of literature,field survey method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis,in-depth research the problem of poverty in Rizhao City province poverty Township School sports.From several teachers,sports facilities,sports funding,ideas,analysis of the causes of poverty,factors and main problems in the process of development and restrict the development of the school,combined with the actual needs,put forward methods and Countermeasures of precise poverty ".Material resource level: the schools in two villages and towns in Juxian have adopted school poverty alleviation,the basic sports venues have been renovated,and have been greatly improved.But the problem of material resources like non site is still a common phenomenon in five poor towns,and there is a big gap between them.The government should support the construction of school sports facilities,the school itself,should explore the various uses of the field and equipment,and pay attention to the lack of books and clothing.The teacher team level: the five poverty-stricken township schools generally exist the aging of physical education teachers,lack of compilation,difficult to meet the needs of teaching,the training of the existence of formalization,PE teachers teaching Lack of learning ability and professional skills,poor scientific research ability,lack of advancedteaching methods and monotonous teaching methods.It should be strictly selected,gradually together with teachers,all teachers' teaching,skills,knowledge learning and training,and the improvement of the teachers' team;the capital level: the source of the school education funds is few,the rural school sports are not paid much attention,and the funds which are originally used for the poverty alleviation of the school sports have not been used well.To ensure capital investment,expand source channels,scientifically allocate funds,and ideological level: the traditional backward ideas of "heavy intelligence and light body" in five poverty-stricken township schools have not attracted much attention.Through various forms of transformation of school leadership,non physical education teachers,parents of the wrong cognition of sports,to ensure the normal development of school sports;policies and regulations: to improve the school sports standard system,for the rural school sports development direction,promote the healthy development of sports.
