| With China's education system continues to improve,more and more people access to higher education for learning and art colleges as a basic part of colleges,its development plays an important role in promoting the social development of the arts.During the development of art in Colleges and universities,teachers play the role is very obvious,how to build a sound the incentive system,so as to enhance the art of College Teachers' work enthusiasm become the focus of concernArt education cannot do without teacher's devotion,enthusiasm and to enhance teachers,so they must rely on the perfect incentive mechanism.Especially as the art of professional teachers,the establishment of incentive mechanism and the traditional colleges and universities also have great differences,so when Constructing Higher Art Colleges Teachers' incentive mechanism must be you want to be treated differently.In this paper,the related research situation at home and abroad were reviewed and analyzed,on the basis of combing the related concepts about the incentive of professional teachers in art colleges and the theory,then the existing institutions of higher art teachers incentive mechanism construction were investigated.This paper uses the questionnaire investigation,this paper analyzes the case of the incentive mechanism of professional teachers in Sichuan province XX at the same time,combined with the relevant incentive theory,the basic situation of the teachers of the art colleges,a detailed analysis of motivation and satisfaction,defects so as to study the current higher teachers art colleges incentive mechanism,through careful analysis,found that the current higher art College teachers incentive system operation means are single,lack of flexibility,pertinence,problem of employment system is not perfect.Finally,on the basis of investigation and analysis of the problems,put forward specific suggestions for perfecting the how to construct a perfect incentive system. |
