Every country needs to develop.Development requires talent,and the cultivation of talent depends on education.Education has developed many useful talents for national and social development,and these people will contribute to the nation's construction and prosperity.People have been paying much attention to the teaching quality of universities,because the success of education directly affects the quality of talents.Among all the functions of the university,teaching is the most important function of the university.In the process of practical teaching,both teachers and students are involved in teaching,and both teachers' "teaching" and students" "learning" are carried out simultaneously.Teaching is the key link in school education.It is a mutual communication of teachers' "teaching" and.students' "learning".Therefore,discussing teaching,we should start from the two aspects of the teachers' "teaching" and students' "learning".At the same time,the university teaching and learning should conform to the development of the trend,and develop more talents for our country.The "Internet plus" era is officially such an era.It has been integrated into every aspect of our lives,and it has a big impact on our learning and our lives.New technology is a revolutionary motivator.The arrival of the "Internet plus" era has brought positive and negative influence factors to the teaching and learning of Chinese universities.We should weigh the advantages and disadvantages and try to change the "teaching" and "learning" through positive influence.Let our country's higher education conform to the trend and reality.This article has been studied through literature analysis,questionnaire and other research methods.Taking teachers and students from some universities in shaanxi province as the research objects,this paper conducts specific investigation and research on teachers' "teaching"and students' "learning"?On this basis,the problems of teaching and learning in Chinese universities are summarized and analyzed.Then,combining with the positive influence of the"Internet plus" era on teaching and learning in Chinese universities,the existing problems of teaching and learning are solved.It is proposed to put forward some countermeasures for those problems of teaching and learning in Chinese universities.There are five parts.The first part is the introduction.It's about the background and significance of the research,the current research situation at home and abroad,the thinking and methods of the research,and the innovative points of the research.This part clarifies the necessity of teaching and learning research in universities in the "Internet plus" era.Through literature review,we can understand the research of domestic and foreign experts in various aspects of teaching and learning in universities,which will pave the way for the research of this paper.The second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis.This part explains the concepts of "Internet +" and college teaching,and sorts out the theoretical basis of this paper.The third part conducts two surveys on teachers and students of six universities in shaanxi province by means of questionnaire survey.It conducts from the teaching aspect of teachers and the learning aspect of students.This part analyzes the collected questionnaire and finds out the existing problems,and then analyzes the reasons from three aspects:universities,teachers and students.The fourth part analyzes the positive and negative effects of the "Internet plus" era on universities teaching.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures from four aspects according to the existing problems and the reasons.First of all,in the teaching process aspect,we should deeply integrate teaching and learning,and establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.Second,in the social and college aspect,we should strengthen the role of policy guidance and create a good teaching atmosphere.Thirdly,in the teachers' "teaching" aspect,we should improve the teaching process and enhance the interaction between teachers and students.Finally,in the students' "learning"aspect,we should strengthen the deep learning and improve the learning effect.It is hoped that this research can provide enlightenment and help to solve the existing problems of teaching and learning in Chinese universities.
