The mode of school enterprise cooperation is the most effective way to cultivate talents with the application of undergraduate education and enterprise docking,and it is an inevitable choice to promote the development of school education and to make the enterprises bigger and stronger.The implementation of school enterprise cooperation mode of various types in China,the study found that application of universities and enterprise cooperation only in form,and no in-depth study and communication in teaching,scientific research and so on,the students from the internship and employment of direct transition to the enterprise,the depth of cooperation between schools and enterprises of the problem has not been solved well.Taking Guangdong Baiyun University as an example,based on the Pearl River Delta economic environment and cultural characteristics,there is research on the cooperation mode of existing enterprises,to explore an effective model of school enterprise cooperation from the perspective of cooperative education way.Cooperation is a product of Chinese Confucianism and western philosophy combined system theory,is one of the important concept of modern higher education,the main content is to the school and external industry counterparts,enterprises,research institutions and other relevant departments are complementary,collaborative development.Both sides have a common place is to culture is conducive to the sustainable development of society talents,but because of the nature of the enterprise profit resulting in personnel training and no long-term planning and sustained investment in cooperation only stay in the admission of students' practice level,teachers' professional and technical personnel of enterprises in industry and there is no effective connection up.The effective integration of collaborative education from the perspective of school enterprise cooperation mode is the focus of the school's educational resources and enterprise resources based on,so that both sides of the personnel training goal can be realized,so this model can become the talent cultivation mode in Guangdong Baiyun University,and to become the enterprise culture and rapid development of talent,realize win-win situation,school enterprise cooperative education active participation.This paper uses qualitative and quantitative combining macro and micro method,combination method,system and key combination method,and aims at the survey of the status of school enterprise cooperation on the stage of the Guangdong Baiyun University,which appeared in the analysis of school enterprise cooperation collaborative education under the idea of the problem,and put forward the feasible countermeasures.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,discusses the policy support of Guangdong Baiyun University and national history,and briefly introduces the significance of this research,based on literature review at home and abroad,the definition of cooperative education,cooperative education mode,school enterprise cooperation,and briefly introduces the synergy theory,the theory of cooperative education,as the last is the theoretical foundation of this thesis,research methods and ideas.The second part enumerates several modes of cooperation between school and enterprise in China,including training base mode,order training mode,alternation mode,industry(enterprise),comprehensive cooperation model,introduces the present situation and achievement of cooperation between Baiyun institute.Problems and reasons of school enterprise cooperation mode the third part analyzes the Baiyun college,from the survey analysis,the problems include: the problem of understanding,the existing enterprise practice teaching base only to solve the placement problem,the existing enterprise practice teaching base is not really integrated into the whole process of personnel training,the integration of production and education degree is not high school enterprise cooperation,the depth and breadth is not enough,the cooperation mechanism is not perfect.The fourth part is the collaborative design of Baiyun college enterprise cooperation mode from the perspective of education,including the establishment of cooperation mode aims and objectives and positioning cooperation mode function,formulate the cooperation mode of talents training target,the teaching mode of cooperation system,practice system,student management system,teacher quality system,process management,construction mode of cooperation the quality control of the construction mode of cooperation.
