With the development of economic globalization,the domestic economy and education have been developed rapidly.The higher education of our country has already transit from elite education stage to the popular stage.As the core,Teachers in colleges and universities take on heavy responsibilities of cultivating talents and achieving long-term development in the process.Therefore,Job satisfaction of teachers directly affects the development and future of colleges and universities.Since the country carried out the third reform of internal management system of colleges and universities in the end of last century.In this context,many colleges and universities in our province also carried out the reform of the management system,involving the reform of the personnel system,the reform of the pay system,the reform of the title assessment system,performance appraisal system reform and other aspects.It should be admitted that these reform measures have changed the original management ideas and break the traditional management model,which achieve the initial mobilization of the enthusiasm of teachers,a stable team of teachers and avoid the brain drain.But we have to admit that there are still a lot of problems in the current management of university teachers in our province,and the job satisfaction of teachers has not yet reached the desired level.For Henan Province with relatively backward economic and education level,it is necessary to establish a set of scientific and reasonable incentive system to improve the quality of students and personnel training reasonable,which has great significance in improving the enthusiasm of teachers and the level of discipline,optimizing the structure of teachers and ultimately achieving colleges and universities with strong talents.This paper mainly focuses on job satisfaction of teachers in Henan province by the empirical method,aiming to analyze the current situation of job satisfaction of teachers in Henan Province and quantify the relationship between job satisfaction of teachers and the influencing factors.On the basis of the domestic and foreign research situation and teacher incentive motivation theory,the paper takes the salary,the work environment,the organization system,the occupation development,and the reputation as the factors affecting the job satisfaction of teachers.Then,put forward the hypothesis and design the questionnaire.This paper verity the hypothesis through the empirical analysis.The author further draws conclusions,The impact of different factors is different and the occupation development has the greatest impact,following are the occupation development,the salary,the reputation,the work environment.Finally the author puts forward some suggestions for improvement through the relationship between the influencing factors and the degree of job satisfaction of teachers.
