In recent years,with the popularization of higher education and the expansion of enrollment in higher education,the number of graduates has increased year by year while cultivating talents for economic and social development.By the end of 2016,the number of graduates in colleges and universities nationwide reached 7.65 million,setting a record high and the employment situation is becoming increasingly The serious problem of employment of graduates is outstanding.This social issue has drawn great attention from all walks of life and brought new challenges to social management.However,behind the problems often reveal the reasons why the service functions such as the vacancy or not place of the society are not yet fully utilized.Therefore,improving the employment service measures for college graduates and giving full play to their service functions are very important to relieve the employment pressure on colleges and universities and promote the graduates Employment,has a very important significance.In this paper,the employment status of college graduates in Shaanxi Province and the existing promotion policies as the main research object,by combining the actual work of individuals to track the form of research,to collect the employment of Shaanxi University graduates employment promotion policy implementation effect related issues First-hand information on the basis of the relevant theories,from the academic employment,academic employment,whereabouts of employment and other aspects of the employment status of the descriptive statistical analysis,at the same time summarizes the existing public employment services in Shaanxi Province initiatives: the establishment of real-name registration system,do Good follow-up service work;Implementation of job placement program to enhance the employability of graduates;Implementation of rural grassroots talent rejuvenation plan;Establishment of employment and entrepreneurship service system to provide accurate services for graduates.The current status quo is analyzed from the four levels of government,colleges and universities,employing units and intermediary agencies,and then the existing problems of public employment service in Shaanxi Province are summarized.The main problems are as follows: the guiding role of government service is weakened,the employment service mode of colleges and universities is still relatively traditional,The job market needs to be improved and regulated,the intermediaries are mixed and the supervision is not enough.At the same time,combined with the beneficial practical experience both at home and abroad,from the aspects of optimizing the government functions and strengthening macroeconomic regulation and control;giving play to the backbone of colleges and universities,consolidating the employment guidance services;strengthening the sense of responsibility of employing units;strengthening the supervision of social occupation intermediary organizations,Employment Services Optimization Suggestions.
