The eighteen major reports of the party not only put forward the "Employment is the people’s livelihood of the people", but also pointed out that "To promote the realization of higher quality of employment". College students are the pillars of the country, motherland’s future, the nation hope.The employment of university students is not only their personal problems, problems of higher education as well is for social development. It is not only related to the future of students, but also related to the survival and development of institutions of higher learning, more related to social harmony and stability, and thus become one of the issues of concern to all sectors of the community. However, with the increasing popularity of higher education, the problem of employment and quality of employment has become a hot issue in many ways. Compared with other provinces, Shaanxi province has a profound cultural heritage, has a large number of colleges and universities, but its economy is relatively backward, leading to the employment of graduates more prominent. Therefore, the in-depth study of the Shaanxi college graduates employment quality problems, not only in Shaanxi Province to enhance the quality of personnel training and to deepen the reform, to build a strong province in the western economy and completion of a comprehensive well-off society has important significance.The through the literature material and questionnaire design, in Shaanxi Province in recent years of college graduates employment situation and employment quality of the statistical analysis, which contains the feedback of specialty, the nature of the post, employment environment, employment policy, wage income, family status and individual expectations etc.. The results showed that Shaanxi College Graduates employment status and existing main problems. At the same time, on the basis of the investigation of the basic situation of the survey (Ⅰ), the questionnaire of influencing factors of the quality of employment (Ⅱ) was established. The according to feedback on the part of the factors of reliability test to determine the multiple effects on the employment of the graduates quality of important factors, determine the index evaluation system and divides it into four level indicators and 16 second level indicators, using analytic hierarchy process, through the hierarchical structure model and measurement that differences between the effects on the employment of the graduates quality indexes and their weights. Came to the conclusion that the influence of Shaanxi college graduates employment quality the most important factor is the employment ability, which job skills and cooperation ability of weight larger; graduates employment expectations times, the career development and salary level of influence on the quality of employment. Larger; the third is the individuals and more of the respondents believed that the specialty and gender greater extent influence the quality of employment; the fourth is the employment environment, the majority of respondents think industry status of influence to the most critical role. On this basis, the author to weight the key indicators as the basis, around to improve employment ability, adjust the employment expectation, respect the individual status and optimize the employment environment, put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, including:the implementation of the national employment policy, stable employment environment, maintain the order of the employment market, the construction of regional integration to strengthen the cultivation of the talent market; for college students, to enhance the employment ability of graduates; employment situation of the graduates for dynamic tracking, the establishment of information sharing platform for the employment of graduates; strive to improve their overall quality, establish a scientific outlook on life, values and employment outlook, rational planning of their occupation career; employers follow the objective and fair recruitment criteria, guarantee the talent fair competition, rational use.This paper comes to the conclusion:University Graduates’employment quality problem is a complex social problem; college students’comprehensive quality and ability is essential for improving the quality of employment; before the recruitment unit test and job training before working, do people and post matching is the key to improve the quality of the employment; graduates’ Employment dynamics tracking information files is an important means to improve the quality of employment. At the same time, according to the results of the research and the insufficiency, points out the problems that need to be further studied.
