For a long time,secondary vocational schools in China have been influenced by the school-running policy of " taking service as its purpose and taking employment as its guide",and have taken the cultivation of technical talents suitable for economic development as its main goal,often neglecting the cultivation of students' humanistic spirit.At present,this kind of professional and technical education which neglects the cultivation of human qualities gradually exposes more and more disadvantages.Wandering,bewilderment,impetuosity and lack of faith have become important factors that perplex the younger generation of skilled workers,and have also buried serious hidden dangers for social instability.How to cultivate skilled workers and help them form good psychological quality and rich humanistic spirit,and gain the motivation of continuous innovation and entrepreneurship has become an urgent ideological problem to be solved in current vocational education.Chinese traditional culture is the cultural root of the Chinese nation,and it is the moral standard,ideological character,value orientation and aesthetic pursuit universally recognized by the Chinese nation.Taking Confucianism as the main body,Chinese traditional culture lays emphasis on cultivating one's moral character,which has extremely effective guiding significance for shaping reasonable attitude towards life,principles of doing things and spiritual support.The full text is divided into four parts,the preface briefly describes the purpose and significance of this study,reviews the research status in related fields,and introduces the research methods and innovations of this paper.Chapter one summarizes the background of developing Chinese teaching in Zhushan vocational school,and focuses on the quality of students in secondary vocational schools.The second chapter introduces the current situation of Chinese teaching in Zhushan vocational school,and analyzes the basic situation of Chinese teaching through questionnaires.The third chapter not only introduces the shortcomings of Chinese teaching,but also discusses the improvement measures.In this case,Zhushan vocational school in Jiaonan,Qingdao has long noticed the mental and consciousness defects of technical students,and tried to use Chinese learning to help students develop healthy personality and clear professional awareness.After seven or eight years of exploration,the school has gradually established the teaching staff,curriculum system,educational model and practical activities of the teaching of Chinese studies,forming a preliminary teaching system of Chinese studies.it should be said that this is a necessary supplement to the emphasis on skill training and neglect of personality nourishment in China's secondary vocational schools for many years.However,from the perspective of the effectiveness of Chinese teaching in Zhushan vocational school,how to enrich the spirit and personality of vocational school students by using Chinese teaching still faces many difficulties,such as school leaders and teachers are not sure about the concept and content of Chinese learning;The leaders of vocational schools are accustomed to the thinking of skill training and lack the awareness and experience of humanistic education.On the basis of being satisfied with the training scheme of skills,we symbolically add several courses of Chinese studies,and we don't know how to organically integrate them.
