Many regions in Ganzhou are calling “poor area”,but they are also important parts of the Central Soviet Area which is reviving.There are 1160 rural schools,1655 teaching points,17975full-time teachers of rural schools.In order to change the backward situation of Ganzhou,develop the Soviet Area,and improve education,paying attention to the development of rural teachers is imperative.The author uses the method of interview and questionnaire,then use IBM SPSS Statistics19 software to analysis the collected data,this paper makes an investigation on these factors as current stuff numbers,age structure,salary structure,living condition,training,occupation and resignation reasons of rural teachers in the area;Questionnaires were given to the normal universities students in Ganzhou,for obtaining the information of what they know about rural teachers occupation,occupation cognition,occupation direction,salary expectations,will they want to be a rural teachers etc.The survey found that the development of rural teaching body in Ganzhou is fine,but they are not keen on the rural teaching occupation,Cause rural teachers are not highly educated,bad living condition,low wage,high rate of work and less training.By the result of survey,the author believes that emphasis should be placed on the following aspects: Constructing a reasonable salary guarantee system,Strengthening profession training,Increasing the number of teachers,Reducing the teacher's pressure,Giving publicity to rural teachers.According to the actual situation of rural schools,The author propose that the rural schools should explore the educational management mode of "1+X" in urban and rural schools,in order to improve the current situation of the rural school teachers' knowledge structure and the lacking of teaching facilities,to fill the gap between urban and rural education.Combined with the State Council promulgated in June 1,2015,"rural teacher support program(2015-2020)",this paper puts forward some suggestions for the future development of Ganzhou rural teachers,which can provide the reference for developing rural education and rural teachers.
