As the soul of a nation,innovation is the inexhaustible motive force of a nation's development.With the development of the times,the demand for innovative talents is increasing more and more quickly.Innovation has become a hot spot under the dual drive of technology development and talent demand.At the same time,as a new noun,maker appears.Maker is a unique group with innovative spirit and they make efforts to turn inspiration into reality.In the new era,it is a concrete manifestation of democratization and innovation;a booster of national prosperity;and a reserving force for a country's progress.Maker education is gradually rising through the Boom of the maker.Maker education is the integration of maker culture and education,aiming at achieving the all-round development of students.The implementation of maker education requires teachers.Teachers are the key force for the sustainable development of maker education.The development of maker education needs the support of the guest teacher.The current status is serious lack of maker teachers,which requires the attention of the society.However,when scrutinizing the literature,how to cultivate the maker teachers is still in exploration.Maker education is focused on the study of curriculum exploit.The research on maker education in regular courses is still in its infancy.Normal Education is the birthplace of future teachers,and undertaking the mission of transporting talents for basic education.Therefore,I join in the practical exploration of maker education,and explore how to implement maker education in higher normal education.During the process of research,this paper used the literature research method,observational method and interviewing method.Through the literature research method,we have come out the development status of creator and maker education both at home and abroad,and summarized the core ideas of maker education.Under the guidance of core literacy in the 21 st century,we must combine the core competencies that normal graduates should have and the performance-building ability index system of student education in the cultivation of students' core competences,and construct the teaching practice mode under the guidance of ability.The establishment of the teaching practice model is based on the four elements of instruction.The “modern educational technology application” course for a teacher-training student is selected as a model application object,and “electronic photo album production” and “micro lessons” are selected and elaborated detailed teaching design schemes.This study used observational method and interviewing method to summarize the application effects of the model,and then analyzed the rationality and effectiveness of the educational model design.
