A Study On The Design Of Performance Management For Company W Of Rizhao Port

Along with the "O ne Belt And One Road" development planning, C hinese ports has ushered in an important period of strategic opportunity. In the increasingly fierce competition in the port, it's not only the competition of the port throughput, but also the competition of scientific management level, especially the contest of the human resource management level. Based on the port logistics trade enterprises W company as the research object, the thesis aims to explore a performance management system which is suitable for port logistics trade enterprise through the analysis of the company.The thesis tries to build a more effective performance management system by studying the theory of performance management related literature at home and abroad as well as the method of performance appraisal, analyzing the development status and performance management of the W company, discovering and summarizing existing problems and analyzing the reasons. This paper based on the strategic guidance, started with the organization design, and compared with the strength and suitable conditions of the MBO, KPI, balanced scorecard etc., redesigns the process system and indicator system of performance management system, improves every part of the system, designs the dynamic management of performance indicators, performance management training and application of information system security mechanism. The system can better reflect the value of post and measure the performance achievement, and play a better inspiring and guiding role of performance management for organization and employees. At the same time, the system can better combined with other work of human resource management, which can provide the management basis for it. This will further consolidate management foundation of W company and improve the management level. Under the background of continued downturn in the economy and the increasing work pressure, the study of this paper may provide some ideas and a reference case for port trade logistics enterprises to construct the performance management system, and do some research for performance management of trade and logistics industries.
