The Study On Performance Appraisal For Small And Medium-sized Trade Enterprises Based On Value Management

In China, there are a large part of the small and medium, with the feature of small-scale,flexible modes of operation, scattered layout and so on. At the same time, these companies make a greater contribution to society, for example, they promote the development of national economy, and ease the employment pressure on society, and meet the diverse needs of the masses on product and service innovation. However, with the social development, the competition among enterprises is strengthening, and more and more small and medium enterprises faced a crisis of trade. They had to optimize the internal management to increasing the competitiveness of enterprises and maintaining the rapid development of enterprise.Firstly, the theory of value-based management and performance evaluation are described in this thesis. The enterprise value,value management,sources of value and value management model are included in value management system. The meaning of performance appraisal,the role of performance appraisal,the cycle of performance appraisal and the main of performance appraisal are included in performance appraisal system. Then, the content and features of small and medium enterprise are analysis. On this basis, the current problems in performance appraisal are presented. According to the theories of performance evaluation of design ideas and performance evaluation of design principles, the performance evaluation indicators and performance evaluation assessment criteria are determined, and the performance appraisal system is established. Finally, the performance appraisal system is applied to the case of enterprise, and some management measures are proposed. The study helps to improve the trade of small and medium enterprises'human resource management capabilities, promote the development of the enterprises.
