At present, the economic growth of Hainan mainly relies on the promotion of the third industry, and the tourism is the leading development of which, the development of tourism service trade is good for the extension of tourism business scope, which can achieve the fast development of Hainan's tourism. So this thesis will carry out the research on the competitiveness of Hainan tourism service trade, so as to increase its competitiveness strength further.First, this paper states the concept ?form and feature of tourism service trade,and then introduce the tourism service trade current situation from the angle of tourism service foreign exchange income?the number of entry?tourism market and tourists consumption structure, etc. Subsequently expound the present situation of Hainan tourism service production factor?demand status?enterprise strategy structure and competition?related and auxiliary industry?government action?opportunity by qualitative analysis and corresponding data support, so as to find the problems of restricting Hainan tourism service trade competition further improvement.When analyze Hainan tourism service trade competitiveness situation quantitatively, this thesis use the MS?RCA?TC index as the quantitative analysis indicators of Hainan tourism service trade competitiveness situation. The analysis result of MS index reflects Hainan tourism service trade's Market share at lower-ranked nationwide, and also less than three province in south China region. But the relevant analysis results of RCA and TC index show that there is comparative advantage in Hainan tourism service trade.Finally, this thesis provides some suggestions to the solution of inadequate tourism propaganda; small-size?low-international?nonstandard operation of tour enterprise and auxiliary industry;the shortage of senior tourism management and profession technology talent; tourism routes and products' lack of innovation, etc. First, for promoting Hainan tourism brand popularity, it needs to strengthen the tourism propaganda. Second, the tourism enterprise and catering industry?retail business ? accommodation industry are leaded to the development direction of standardization ? internationalization ? scale and operating innovation. Thirdly, strengthening the construction and cultivation of tourism talent team; fourthly, tourism products need to keep innovative, the consideration of environment protection and balanced benefit distribution; finally, tourism infrastructure construction should be reinforced to achieve the construction of comprehensive traffic system.
