The credit crisis has now become the biggest bottleneck that restricts the development of Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce). For the orderly development, efficient transaction, and enabling the New Normal of Chinese economy, development of the credit management system has to be considered deeply. As such background, the thesis addresses the detail about the three cases of discrediting, analyses the reason, and provides the solutions for Alibaba and other E-Commerce platforms.Referring to the conception of E-Commerce, Credit Management and E-commerce Credit Evaluates, the detail about "the crisis of Honesty and Trust", and" White paper" is set fourthly, and the problems are taken apart according to "Credit Files Management ""Credit Risk Control System" and "Data Management and utilization", then the primary cause of the online fraud, low genuine rate and over-speculation on Alibaba, Taobao and Tmall platform is analyzed deeply.Finally, according to development dynamic of E-Commerce service industry and requirement of Chinese Social Credit Management System constructions, the appropriate measures are presented for "Improving Credit Files Management", "Refining Risk-control Management System" and "Utilizing Big Data Mental models", so that a good foundation can be laid and the wholesome market circumstances would be created.
