As an important way to improve the value of human capital, labor migration is more and more far away from hom e, and the m ore experience and professional skills are acquired, the higher the incom e level of the workers will be. Howe ver, migrant rural residents engaged in dirty, tired, bitter and poor, dangerous work, coupled with the lack of security and protection consciousness, incom e earned in the health capital loss cost. So solve the p roblem of m igrant workers m edical security is imm inent. At presen t, the medical insurance in our country region, not portable, cross area and type of insurance docking difficulty, objectively may influence the rural labor force flows across the regio n and permanent migration. It is necessary to discuss the in fluence of dif ferent medical insurance pattern on the rural labor migration and the flow.This article first carried out the research background and the significance. Secondly, And then analyze the th eoretical basis and rele vant literature. Thirdly, based on the field survey data, the influence of medical insurance pattern on the migrant workers flow region was examined by using OLS m odel and Probit Ordered model, and in order to ensure the robustness of the empirical test results, the individual characteristics, family characteristics and village characteristics of migrant workers are put into the model in turn. Finally, under the guidance of the empirical results, We present perfect medical security system and policy suggestions to promote the sustainable development of the cause of China's medical security.The study found that the new rural cooperati ve medical insurance can significantly inhibit the m igration of rural labo r in the far zone; the urban workers basic medical insurance and migrant workers' comprehensive insurance have some positive effects on the urban migration of rural residents, But com pared with the new rural cooperative m edical system's "yoke effect" and "pull effect", the "tension" of th e urban workers basic m edical insurance and migrant workers' comprehensive insurance is relative ly weak. At the same time, The m igration distance of th e rural res idents is also influenced by the individual characteristics, family characteristics and village characteristics.In order to promote the reasonable flow of rural labor, raise the level of urbanization, and realize the m odernization of our country at an early date, this paper puts forward the following policy suggestions. First of all, we should integrate the urban and rural medical security system to realize the integ ration of urban and rural m edical security system. Secondly, improve the level of m edical insurance, so that the m edical insurance payment and medical insurance treatm ent can be linke d, and enhance the health insurance fund mutual ability and ability to resist risks. Thirdly, To establish a unified information network platform to sim plify medical insurance transfer procedures. Finally, To make cl ear the cumulative and the conversion method in different insurance modes.
