Because of the household contract responsibility system liberated the rural surplus labor force and the household registration system loosed since the reform and opening up, the rural surplus labor transfer to the city gradually and formed a huge group of rural migrant workers. The number of rural migrant workers from 10-20 million in the early 1980s gradually increased to 260 million in 2012. They have accounted for about 60% of Chinese industrial workers. The rural migrant workers made great contribution to our country' industrialization, urbanization and modernization and also with many problems. So the rural migrant workers problem became an important field of attention from all walks of life since the end of the 20th century.The social security of the rural migrant workers is one of the most important fields, especially the rural migrant workers'endowment insurance problems. The rural migrant workers who have the agricultural registered permanent residence, but live in the city, influenced by the urban and rural dual system, they wander at the edge of the city and the country, lack of the corresponding system protection including the endowment insurance system. So the pension problems of the rural migrant workers become more and more serious. To solve the endowment insurance problem will help to protect the rights and interests of the rural migrant workers, raise the level of migrant workers and maintain social stability. The study on the behavior of the rural migrant workers participate the endowment insurance will help to solve the problem of old-age security and have very strong theory significance and practical significance.This paper, base on of existing research on the rural migrant workers' endowment insurance, redefines the behavior the rural migrant workers participate the endowment insurance and divide it into three aspects, including if the rural migrant workers attend endowment insurance, chooses what kind of endowment insurances and the level of cost on attending endowment insurance. These three behaviors are happening at the same time, but the research on the logic of it is progressive. The study on behavior' influence factors of the rural migrant workers participate endowment insurance base on this division. Because the rural migrant workers participate the endowment insurance, including if the rural migrant workers attend endowment insurance, chooses what kind of endowment insurances and the level of cost on attending endowment insurance, the author also from these three aspects put forward the corresponding policy recommendations to perfect the endowment insurance of the rural migrant workers.This study uses bivariate probit regression model to estimate the influence factors of the rural migrant workers whether attend endowment insurance, the result shows that age, level of education, whether he or she is family business decision makers and land area of four factors have significant influence on the rural migrant workers attend endowment insurance. On the basis of literature reading, the author also divides the influence factors of the rural migrant workers choose what kind of endowment insurance into three aspects, including household registration restrictions, isolation and career stability. The author uses multiple regression model to estimate the influence factors of pay cost level, the result can display the family size, family income, agricultural and non-agricultural vocational education, non-agricultural training and whether the family business decision makers have a significant impact on the rural migrant workers' pay cost level.
