Study On The Participation Rate Of Endowment Insurance For Young Rural Migrant Workers

Although the old-age insurance for urban and rural residents has been constantly improved and developed after the combination,problems such as imperfect incentive mechanism,low participation rate and weak willingness to participate in the insurance in the future have also emerged correspondingly.This has certain impact on the improvement of China's old-age security system and the reduction of the urban-rural gap to promote social equity.The reason why this paper chooses the group of rural migrant workers as the research object is firstly because the rural migrant workers have gradually become the main part of rural migrant workers.The overall number of them is large and they account for a relatively high proportion,which has certain research significance.Secondly according to the survey data show that the present endowment insurance of rural youth rates of all the year round at lower levels,the current situation of urban and rural residents in the endowment insurance system of sustainable development,in the rural youth groups,with the new generation of rural migrant youth ginseng will not high,low rates of phenomenon is more obvious.In this paper,according to the question that why want to do the research,defining the concept and the use of the theory,through the questionnaire survey and field interview understanding ginseng protect the status quo and what are the influence factors of these problems,then according to the problem analysis,puts forward some solutions to solve them,on the basis of literature research through questionnaires,field interviews and other ways of young rural migrant workers in Xiang Yang city group has carried on the investigation and quantitative analysis,combining with the dual labor market segmentation,rational choice,maslow's hierarchy of needs,By using the method of econometric analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural migrant workers'participation in the old-age insurance for urban and rural residents and the influencing factors of the participation rate.In terms of family factors,the higher the support pressure is,the lower the participation rate of old-age insurance for urban and rural residents will be.From the perspective of employment,the more stable the nature of work,the higher the income level will be more likely to participate in insurance;From the perspective of city integration intention index,the years of working and residence intention in xiangyang both show positive correlation and significant influence.From the perspective of policy cognition,pension consciousness and system design,they are all significant factors affecting the insured rate.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions on how to improve the participation rate of endowment insurance for young rural migrant workers in urban and rural areas,from the perspectives of improving their own quality,enhancing the willingness to integrate into the city,improving the level of policy awareness,strengthening the awareness of endowment,and improving the system design.In order to realize the self-pension security of the young migrant workers in rural areas,to some extent alleviate the pension insurance pooling gap of urban and rural residents caused by the increasingly severe aging population in China,and provide reference for enhancing the pooling ability of the pension insurance of urban and rural residents.
