The Study Of Supplier Selection In The Supply Chain Of Construction Industry Based On The Model Of Partnering

As the globalization and information of the construction market, the traditional management mode can't admit the development of the construction industry increasingly, the management mode which take respective interest as center have a negative impact on the construction of engineering projects easily. Therefore, Partnering management mode is highly prized by the domestic and foreign construction enterprise, and partner selection in Partnering management mode become pivotal to the success of the new model. With the background of partnering management mode, this paper propose the method of suppliers selection in the supply chain of construction industry, with a view of practical significance for the development of the construction industry.Firstly, according to the related theory research, this paper expounds the disadvantages of traditional management mode of construction industry and the advantage of using the management mode of partnering, and illustrates the importance of supplier selection in the supply chain of construction industry, confirms the cooperation mechanism of the supply chain management of construction industry under the management model of partnering. Meanwhile, combined with the domestic and foreign relevant research, this paper makes sure the supplier selection method under the management mode of partnering, selects index through the method of fuzzy Delphi, constructs a new evaluation index system, establish the evaluation model of choosing supplier under the management mode of partnering, and determines the primary index and secondary indexes weights by using the triangular fuzzy theory.Finally, based on specific engineering cases, a case is studied on supplier selection based on the management mode of partnering, Verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation model, has certain practical value.
