Study On Vulnerability Of Petroleum City Economic System Of The New Silk Road Economic Belt

"The Belt and Road" has become an important strategic layout of promoting regional economic development.The New Silk Road Economic Belt involving three zones: the" core area "of Central Asia Belt,the main area of Central Economic Zone in Central Asia,the expand area and part of the provinces of China.In 2015,the article “promoting and building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road vision and action" explain the content and planning of the future developing direction of the main areas.It circled six provinces of the Northwest China: Xinjiang,Gansu,Qinghai,Ningxia,Shanxi,Mongolia,the southwest including Guangxi,Yunnan,Tibet and other provinces in Northeast China Liaoning,Jilin,Heilongjiang.These provinces are the main resources distribution areas.Steady and coordinated developing is a necessary condition for the entire economic belt with prosperity.resource-based cities,such as Petroleum,coal cities are the main component of the Silk Road Economic Belt,they made high contribution to its prosperity.The Coal city are less distributing in the northwest,in view of extensive and typical researching,the paper chooses petroleum city as examples researching resource-based cities of the new Silk Road Economic Belt.This paper,using various methods,takeing Daqing and Karamay as examples,evaluating the sensitivity,response force,vulnerability of the petroleum city economic systems,influence factors,barriers factors and other issues of the two cities,putting forward countermeasures and suggestions to deal with urban economic system vulnerability,and providing a reference to other resource-based economy city.There are six parts in this article: introduction,literature study reviewed,the relevant theoretical analysis,setting up vulnerability assessment model of petroleum city economic system,empirical comparative analysis,conclusions and suggests.The first section presents the research background,significance,content,methods and the train of thoughts of the paper;the second part introduces the related research of both foreign and domestic: the vulnerability of resource-based urban economic system,ecological systems,social systems,man-land systems,vulnerability of petroleum city and economic system vulnerability of petroleum city;the third part elaborate related theoretical in this article,in terms of the theoretical level analyze the influence factors and mechanisms of economic system vulnerability of petroleum city,set up evaluation index system and introduce the entropy method to assign objectively,and introduces Set Pair analysis to establish evaluation model;the fourth part respectively analysis economic system vulnerability of Daqing and Karamay,analysis the correlation,influence factors obstacle factor and comparative analysis of all above aspects;the fifth chapter analysis economic system development of Daqing city and Karamay city;the sixth part and make suggestions accordingly;the seven chapter summarizes the research findings and shortcomings in this article.
