With the development of our life, people's demand for the quality of life has become higher and higher. And they also have a higher demand for the variety and freshness of food. The focus of food in daily life has been converted from price to value. Customers would like to pay more for food with high quality, especially for those food which is easy to go bad, such as fresh vegetables, fruit, meat, sea food and so on. Freshness and safety are not only the most important values of those food but also the points on which customers focus. Compared with common commodities, perishable commodities have some characteristics, such as being easy to go bad and having short quality guarantee period. Therefore some preservation technologies will be adopted during the circulation process of the supply chain. Professional cold-chain logistics will be built in order to keep the perishables in low temperature during the circulation process. However, logistics of perishables at home develops slowly and there are also many factors that restrict the development of the cold chain, which causes the low efficiency and the high attrition rate during the circulation process. Besides, with the rapid growth of electronic commerce in recent years, both merchants and customers demand a higher level for every aspect of distribution. Scientific and reasonable location of Perishable goods distribution center can not only shorten the circulation process, reduce the circulation fees but also make the distribution of perishables timely and effectively.Based on the development of the global scope of perishable goods distribution center location selection, this thesis learns lessons from some location models and combines the specialty of the perishables in order to verify whether the method is suitable for the analysis for the location of perishables distribution center. This thesis uses both qualitative analysis and ration analysis. One step,it adopt the qualitative analysis to select the influential factors for perishable goods distribution center. Two step, the logistics distribution center will be built by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic evaluation. It will be verified that the location models of analytic hierarchy process is still suitable for selecting the site of the perishables distribution center by building the models, weight definition and consistency check. This thesis can be divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, goals, significance, overseas and domestic researches, framework and innovations of this study. The second chapter aims to introduce the perishables and related studies, including the concept of the perishables and logistics characteristics of perishables. It also introduces the site selection of the distribution center, the influential factors, site selecting methods and models and so on. The third chapter analyzes the specialty of the distribution center, the influential factors for selecting the site of the distribution center and the principals for selecting the site of the distribution center. The fourth chapter mainly introduces the concept, principle and procedures of AHP. With contacting fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to fill the insufficient between them, then using the introduction of the example, reach the final evaluation results. The fifth chapter sates the study result and possible research directions in the future.
