Research On Performance Evaluation Of CQ Oil Field Based On EVA

From the beginning of 2010,the SASAC will EVA into the central enterprises performance evaluation system,which marks the assessment standard of central enterprises not only to profit index as the core,the realization of the strategic management transition to value management,it will not only consider profit,net assets income rate,,is more important to take into account the cost of equity capital is the key to the realization of the central enterprises to maximize the value.Under this background,the CQ oil field branch as a state-owned enterprise,should be more clearly aware of EVA index in enterprise value management system in an important position,should thoroughly implement the use of the performance evaluation index and speed up the target enterprise from the traditional profit index as the core into the value is the core.This paper from the theory of enterprise performance evaluation of on the performance evaluation of state-owned enterprises of the history and present status of analysis and then to EVA and petroleum enterprise performance evaluation of the basic theory of the introduction,on the basis of the theory of construct to EVA based petroleum enterprise performance evaluation index system,combining EVA and traditional financial evaluation index and non-financial indicators,is proposed based on EVA and analytic hierarchy process to establish the performance evaluation system of multiple target,and the analysis and processing of data relevant to the CQ oilfield production in 2009 to 2012,will build the EVA performance evaluation system in practical use for empirical analysis.EVA performance evaluation of CQ oilfield provides reference and the analysis method,makes the performance evaluation system based on EVA further optimize and improve,and points out relevant suggestions for the development of CQ oilfield performance evaluation theory and practice.
