As a management model which has been increasingly used in human potential in modern business, performance management is an important part of human resource and the basis for business incentives. Paper chooses Ju Tai bookkeeping agency's performance appraisal as the research object, the full text can be divided into three parts.The first part is introduction, this section first outlines the theories on performance management, and then describes the current situation of contemporary performance management, and simply evaluates existing performance measures. The second part is about status and problems of Ju Tai bookkeeping agency's performance management, the first part in this section is simple analysis of company's characteristics, organizational structure,business processes and staff features, then analyzes the status of Ju Tai bookkeeping agency's performance management, and concludes that the company's performance management in the industry is high, but needs to be improved, then finds Ju Tai bookkeeping agency's problems in performance management. The third part is improve proposal of Ju Tai bookkeeping agency's performance management, the paper uses the comprehensive evaluation method and key performance indicators and other methods to Ju Tai bookkeeping agency's performance management, this proposal focuses on improvement of system design,further comprising improvement of performance appraisal system, evaluation index settings,control and feedback of the assessment process, as well as aspects of the use of examination results. After these, paper puts forward the supporting measures to guarantee effective implement of Ju Tai bookkeeping agency's performance management, such as staff training,incentive system,these measures are intended to played a role on Ju Tai bookkeeping agency's performance management.The purpose of this article is to make the article theory and reality, by making recommendation of Ju Tai bookkeeping agency's performance appraisal to improve Ju Tai bookkeeping agency's performance appraisal management, and then apply it to performance management of small and medium bookkeeping corporations.
