Dynamic Empirical Study On China's Provincial Green Competitiveness

The rapid development of economy brings serious pollution and destruction to environment,therefore, it is very meaningful for the study of green competitiveness.Based on the study of previous scholars,this article carries on the literature review,and draws a conclusion about the content and direction. According to the definition and connotation of green economy,and the evaluation index system of green competitiveness,the article carries on the dynamic monitoring empirical study of 31 provinces in China. First of all,the article had improved the green competitiveness evaluation method,on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),had added time weight through MATLAB software to evaluate regional green competitiveness, gotten the dynamic comprehensive evaluation, make the evaluation more scientific. Secondly, this article carries on the empirical research of 31 provinces domain in China in the last ten years' data through the dynamic monitoring model of green competitiveness. Through comparing the dynamic comprehensive evaluation with the results of the previous year, the historical trend of the green competitiveness and each factor, the relevance of each factor and the green competitiveness, having analyzed the present situation of our provincial green competitiveness. Finally,through the analysis and the finding about China's green competitiveness, for the problems existing in the provincial green competitiveness of our country, the article puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The relevant conclusions in this paper are:(1) the green competitiveness rank of China's 31 provinces;(2)the green competitiveness rankings of Beijing, Shanghai,Tianjin and hainan rise than the GDP rankings, the green competitiveness rankings of Henan, Hebei and anhui are opposite;(3) except the hebei province, the dynamic comprehensive evaluation of each provincial green competitiveness is improved;(4)of the six green competitiveness factors, low carbon factor problem is more serious,followed by circulating factors and ecological factors, environmental factor, healthy factor and sustainable factor make greater contribution to the green competitiveness.
